Refund policy

Returns & Size Exchanges At Shoes Bazar, we want to ensure your shoes fit perfectly. We offer a 7-day size exchange policy from the date of delivery.

• Sizing Issues: If your shoes do not fit, you can request an exchange for a different size. The item must be unworn, undamaged, in its original box, and in resellable condition.

• Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp at 03248329799 or email us at shoesbazar87@gmail.com.

• Shipping Fees for Exchanges: Customers are responsible for sending the original pair back to our fulfillment center in Zamzama, Karachi. Alternatively, we can arrange a reverse pickup via Leopards Courier for a flat exchange shipping fee of Rs. 250.

• Refunds: We offer product exchanges or store credit vouchers. Cash refunds are only issued if the item delivered was defective or incorrect from our end.
