We process and dispatch orders daily from our hub in Zamzama, Karachi, using trusted courier partners like Leopards Courier.

• Delivery Timelines:

  • Karachi: 1 to 3 business days.

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.

  • Rest of Pakistan: 3 to 5 business days.

• Shipping Charges: Standard delivery is charged at a flat rate across Pakistan (unless a dynamic promo applies, such as buying 2 items for free delivery).

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules: For COD orders, please note that courier rules strictly prohibit opening the parcel box before handing over the full payment to the rider. Once paid, you can open the box, and if there is any issue, our 7-day exchange policy applies immediately.
